The following terms and policies apply to all orders placed on displayaisle.com including those placed via website checkout, phone, or invoice.. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you experience any issues with products purchased from us—regardless of warranty status—please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Payment Terms
All orders placed through the DisplayAisle.com website that do not require a special shipping quote will be charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed. Please double-check your order details before clicking the "Submit Order" button.
Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are additional unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. All shipping charges are non-refundable. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you are unable to accept delivery after the order has shipped, any re-delivery, re-consignment, or storage fees will be the customer's responsibility.
DisplayAisle.com uses FedEx or UPS for most shipments. A valid street address is required for all product orders; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We make every effort to calculate shipping charges accurately. However, additional charges may apply to oversized or heavyweight items. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost and order total before shipment.
Warranty
DisplayAisle.com offers a limited lifetime warranty on most products against defects in materials or workmanship that affect the quality and functionality of the product, when used properly. Specific warranty periods are indicated on each product page.
Indoor and outdoor printed banners carry a 6-month warranty against fading, tunneling, or delamination. Dye-sublimated graphics such as feather banners, teardrop banners, and popup A-frames carry a 3-month warranty.
Under this warranty policy, any product believed to have a manufacturing defect will be inspected, and if confirmed, will be repaired or replaced. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection.
To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must not have been misused, improperly set up, or abused. Warranty determination is at the sole discretion of DisplayAisle.com, whose obligation is limited to repairing or replacing the defective item.
If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified, and the item may be repaired or replaced at the customer’s expense.
The following are not covered under this warranty, including but not limited to:
- Mistreatment of product
- Unauthorized alterations
- Natural disasters
- Failure to follow product instructions and labeling
- Theft
- Loss
- Vandalism
- Destruction
- Damage incurred during shipping
The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for their intended use and assumes all risks and liabilities. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from product use.
Damaged Merchandise
All orders are carefully packaged prior to shipping. If there is any visible damage upon delivery, it must be noted on the freight bill or delivery receipt and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do so may result in the carrier denying the damage claim.
If the shipment appears to be significantly damaged, please refuse the delivery at the time of the initial attempt. Be sure to retain all damaged products, original boxes, and packaging materials, and notify DisplayAisle.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged shipment.
Canceling Graphic Printing After Receiving E-Proofs
We do not charge for creating e-proofs. However, a fee of $25 per graphic will apply if you cancel your order after the e-proofs have been delivered.
Order Cancellation
We incur irreversible processing costs during the order process. Therefore, while we understand that changes may be necessary, cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the timing.
If you cancel your order on the same day it was placed and before it has shipped, a non-refundable credit card processing fee will be deducted before issuing a refund. This fee is charged automatically by the payment gateway.
If you cancel your order on the same day it was placed and after it has shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and subject to all applicable return fees. Some items may ship the same day, and we cannot intercept packages once they have been picked up by UPS or FedEx.
If you cancel your order before it has shipped but on a different day, a 15% cancellation fee will apply before issuing any refund.
Returns
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please email us a photo of the defective product(s) before requesting a return.
We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy for all unused and unopened products.
Used items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, including all instructions, accessories, lights, and other components. Shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.
A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. DisplayAisle.com is not responsible for shipping costs or damages incurred during return transit. Please pack all returns carefully.
Privacy Policy
DisplayAisle.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, share, or disclose any personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
