RENT a FABRIC EXHIBIT:

Tradeshow rental such as 10'x10' and 10'x20' backwalls and exhibit kits are available for renta.l

AVAILABILITY:

Rental items will be reserved for 30 day period at time of order placement. Availability of items is not guaranteed until order has been confirmed. All items are available on a first come first serve basis.

Rentals are for a single use only.
Extended rental period flat rates:

• 36 to 45 days - add 30%
• 46 to 60 days - add 60%
• Extended rentals must be approved in advance

LATE CHARGES:

Rental not returned within 30 days will be subject to a daily late charge of 5% of the total initial rental price.

FREIGHT:

Freight on outbound shipments will be added to your invoice.
All return shipments must be prepaid by client. All rentals must be crated to ship.

CHECK IN:

Rental booths returned with client owned items will be charged a fee based on actual time and material cost for packaging and sorting client owned items for return. Pick up for these items must be arranged within 30 days of receipt or storage charges will be incurred.

GRAPHICS:

Graphics removal billed at $55.00 per hour.

RENTAL PURCHASE:

If the decision is made to purchase a rental before it is returned, the purchase price will be adjusted for rental fees already billed. If a purchase is made of similar equipment within 30 days of a rental we will deduct 50% of the original rental amount from the purchase.

DAMAGE:

Pictures will be sent to the renter of items clearly damaged within 10 days of the rental return. DisplayAisle.com will send a separate invoice for the costs incurred to repair or replace.
